Apply for Appointment
The appointment service is provided free of charge. Parties remain responsible for the adjudicator’s fees and expenses.
We encourage all users of the DBF appointment service to familiarise themselves with the new Rules before submitting an application.
Before You Apply
Applicants should ensure that the following documents are available:
- Completed Application for Nomination
- Notice of Adjudication
- Relevant contractual adjudication provisions
- Evidence that the Notice of Adjudication has been served
- Any supporting documentation relevant to the appointment

After Appointment
Once the adjudicator has accepted the nomination and DBF has issued the Appointment Letter, the adjudicator and the parties will communicate directly regarding the conduct of the adjudication.
