The Dispute Board Federation provides various sets of forms which it hopes will be useful to both Contractors, Owners and Lenders in the development of projects.
These include standard Dispute Board Formation Agreements, Disclosure forms and checklists for Board Members, Requests for the Appointment of Board Members, and similar documents. For more information please contact info@dbfederation.org
